Poplatek účastníka pro rok 2023 činí:
PENSION: 3.000,-Kč/os.
VLAK: 2.300,-Kč/os.
STAN/CAMPER: 1.900,-Kč/os.
Co pokrývá účastnický poplatek?
-ubytování pro obě noci
-páteční večeři, sobotní snídani, oběd a večeři, nedělní snídani
-ext. ostrahu strojů pro obě noci
-drobné ceny pro výjimečné návštěvníky
-tradiční srazový odznak
Co nepokrývá poplatek?
Extra objednávky jídel, vaši nápojovou konzumaci, prodloužené ubytování.
Děti
Poplatek za Vaše potomky vyřešíme individuálně dle požadavků a možností, věku dítěte ap. Kontaktujte prosím organizátora před odesláním své registrace a platby.(viz KONTAKTY)
Jak uhradit poplatek?
Na bankovní účet organizátora (viz KONTAKTY). Platbu převodem prosím proveďte do 14 dnů od registrace. Registrace končí vyčerpáním ubytovacích kapacit, nejpozději však 19.5.2023. S registrací však neotálejte, usnadníte nám tím organizaci srazu.
Indian Motocycle Club CZ je neziskové sdružení a veškeré poplatky účastníků jdou přímo do organizace srazu.
Participant fee for AIW 2023 is:
PENSION: 3.000,-CZK/per person (approx. 128EUR)
SLEEPING TRAIN: 2.300,-CZK/ per person (approx. 98EUR)
TENT/CAMPER: 1.900,-CZK/ per person (approx. 81EUR)
Please make sure we receive full amount after your bank transfer.
What is covered by participant fee?
-accomodation for both nights
-Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast
-security service for Indian parking for both nights -real guard with real dog!
-small awards for winners of special disciplines
-traditional pin of AIW 2023
Adjust your participant fee accordingly to chosen accomodation before payment.
What is not covered by participant fee?
your drinks, extra orders of meals, prolonged accomodation (let us know if you want to arrive on Thursday!) etc
Kids and babies
We will adjust the fee for your kids and babies individually following age, possibilites etc. Please contact organisers before making your registration and payment. (see CONTACTS)
How to pay the fee?
By bank transfer (for bank account info see CONTACTS). Please make your payment in 14 days after your registration. Registrations will be closed after the accomodation capacity is depleted, or 19.5.2023 at latest. Please make your registration as soon as possible as it will make the organisation a bit easier.
Indian motocycle Club is a non-profit organisation and all money collected from participants go directly into the organisation of the meeting.

Was ist nicht durch die Teilnehmergebühr abgedeckt?
Ihre Getränke, zusätzliche Essensbestellungen, längere Aufenthalte (geben Sie uns Bescheid, wenn Sie am Donnerstag anreisen möchten!) usw.
Kinder und Babies
Wir passen die Gebühr für Ihre Kinder und Babys individuell nach Alter, Möglichkeiten etc. an. Bitte kontaktieren Sie den Veranstalter vor Ihrer Anmeldung und Zahlung. (siehe CONTACTS)
Wie bezahle ich die Gebühr?
Per Banküberweisung (Informationen zur Bankverbindung siehe CONTACTS). Bitte leisten Sie Ihre Zahlung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Ihrer Anmeldung. Die Anmeldungen werden nach Erschöpfung der Beherbergungskapazitäten, spätestens jedoch am 19.5.2023 geschlossen. Bitte melden Sie sich so schnell wie möglich an, da dies die Organisation etwas erleichtert.
